The friendly staff provides helpful recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. the breakfast provided is sufficient and the free minibar is a nice touch.
Disabled guests need to make an additional request for access due to stairs from the entrance to the elevator.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Naples. the location was absolutely perfect - situated between the bay and the old town and right next to a metro station, making it very easy to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were beautiful, with attention to detail and top-of-the-range furnishings. I particularly loved having a balcony in my room, allowing me to enjoy the warm weather and stunning views. Oh, and the breakfast! It was delicious, with a great selection of high-quality products. All in all, I couldn't fault my experience at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the centre of the city. The location was perfect, close to everything and just a short walk from the metro station and the central railway station. The hotel facilities were great, with a modern and functional bathroom and a comfortable bed. The cleanliness of the room was amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the included breakfast was of great quality, providing a variety of food options.

Superb converted apartment, with thoughtful touches like slippers, free water, and tea facilities. Surprisingly quiet despite a busy street below. Excellent location by metro station and main shopping street. A welcome oasis in manic city.
